Anyone have any luck getting Signalink USB to key up the radio? Recieve works great with nice waterfall and Cw decoding. When I try to transmit via the macros or keyboard, the Signalink and the radio acts like they are working but nothing comes out of the radio to the tuner? When I mean "act like" I mean red transmit light on the Signalink, busy light on the radio, power draw from the power supply, but no power or swr reading on the tuner going out to the antenna.

Sounds like transmit audio is not making it through to the radio.
Perhaps the jumpers are set wrong inside the Signalink? I've got two of
them I use with three different radios, and all combinations work well.

The radio needs to be in the SSB position.  Signalink puts out audio.

Please state:

Operating System, Windows, Mac, Linux, version?
Type radio transceiver?
Mode you are trying to transmit?
Which other modes have you tried?
Does Signalink control push to talk line putting transceiver into transmit?
Check volume settings.

As a slight side note...I have discovered through trial and error that if
you are going to use the signalink/fldigi combo for CW it is *imperative*
that you have a healthy PC in terms of processor and RAM. I had an older p4
with 1mb RAM running ubuntu that did everything else great. When I tried to
use CW mode though...it would lock fldigi up.

Set it up on my core i5 in win 7 with 4 gb RAM, works like a charm.

I am not sure I am chiming in with the right info here but if you are
running CW then you may need a keying circuit from the computer to the rig.
I needed to do that because the digital vox on the signalink wouid not
generate CW. Please take a look at this link from Tigertronics:
http://www.tigertronics.com/slusbts.htm#How%20do%20I%20operate%20%22direct%20keyed%22%20CW%20with%20the%20SignaLink

Some really good guess's gang, too bad none of them are correct using
the Signalink and fldigi for CW.

I have used a Mac mini 1 gig of ram, 1.8 cpu and did CW with no problem
using the Signalink and fldigi.

What is missing is more info from the original poster. Especially what
rig, as some (Kenwood) need the right channel for audio out. So until
that time, just keep on guessing.

This is what happens when someone supplies just about non-existent
info. Re-read the post and see if you see any info that gives you a
clue.

Found the problem with my situation listed above. All I had to do was to turn the delay knob on the Signal Link USB counter clockwise to the "no delay" position and the radio started transmitting. The delay knob was just a hair above delay!
Oh, and my operating system is LINUX Ubuntu.
Thanks to all that jumped in with help!
