Restoring lbotw

I registered with log book of the world some time ago and before I could put the first log on it I had bad computer trouble and I lost every thing. I did not save the p12 file. The only thing I have is the is the postcard with the temp password, Naturally i forget the signon and password. I have been inactive for a year or so. Is there anyway I can restore it now?

Warren,
If you did not save p12 files then you will have to request a new
certificate. See Getting Started
<http://www.arrl.org/files/file/LoTW%20Instructions/getStartedGuide.pdf> for
instructions on requesting a certificate.

If you cannot remember this password you will need a new certificate.
